Friends of Band Mission Statement
To support Eckstein Middle School’s exceptional music program in the delivery of outstanding musical instruction and the pursuit
of musical excellence for all students regardless of status or socioeconomic barriers; to advance the study of jazz, endangered instruments,
and symphonic music in public education; and to facilitate opportunities for band participation at educational symposiums, competitions,
public performances, and gigs in preparation for competitive high school music program participation.
