Drug Free Homes Parent Pledge

Earlier this year, the NE Seattle Coalition to Prevent Underage Drinking asked parents/guardians to sign a Drug Free Homes Pledge. By signing the pledge, parents/guardians let other Eckstein families know that they intend to supervise their child’s social gatherings in their homes to ensure that they are alcohol and drug free. It also indicates that they can be contacted by other parents about parties and get-togethers. This pledge sends a clear message that as parents and as a community we believe that underage drinking and drug use is unacceptable.

Attached is the Drug Free Homes Parent Pledge resource guide. It provides parents with tips for keeping children drug/alcohol-free and resources available in our community. If you would like a copy of the Drug Free Homes Directory, which lists all of the parents who signed the Drug Free Homes Pledge, please contact Inga Manskopf at 396-0919 or inmanskopf@seattleschools.org.

Bye Bye Birdie May 16 and 17

Eckstein's Spring musical Bye Bye Birdie will be performed on May 16 and 17 at 7pm in the Eckstein Auditorium. Tickets cost $5 in advance and $7 at the door.
